6	oz	Water
1	ts	Salt
1	ts	Lecithin; (optional)
4	oz	Mincemeat; * plus 1/3 cup
1/2	c	Rolled oats
2	c	Bread flour
1	tb	Gluten
1	c	Oat flour
2 1/4	ts	Yeast

*Used box condensed mincemeat mixed with 1 1/2 c water. Crumble mincemeat, pour over 1 1/2 boiling water. MW 3 min. Let stand until cool (several hours is best).
